Because of the diversity of our products and the specific requirements of our customers many of our products are manufactured per order. Qemi International does warehouse a variety of our products though, which usually ship within 24 hours.

The standard lead time for shipment will be advised in advance per quotation.  A final estimate of the shipment date will be provided upon receipt of the customer's order.

On average, for non-stock products, our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks due to current production demands.

Exceptional Circumstances: Urgent Shipments
Where exceptional circumstances arise, Qemi will do all possible to supply the products within the best lead times (which will be notified to the customer) and to find the fastest means of transport.  Any additional charges in transportation or handling for an urgent shipment will be at the customer's expense.
